James P. Faul practices union side labor law in both the public and private sector. In addition to traditional labor law, Mr. Faul has wide experience in the field of workers’ compensation and has represented both public and private sector workers’ compensation claimants across eastern and central Missouri. Additionally Mr. Faul has lectured on the changing status of Missouri workers’ compensation law. A graduate of the University of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, Mr. Faul is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
